We were walking around in Whole Food when all the fall foods hit me with inspiration: A hard-apple-cider mac and cheese! I did a little experimenting and a little tweaking, but the final product is pretty spectacular. The mac and cheese is subtly showcases the apple cider but I also added a little texture and kick with the breadcrumbs. Try out this fall recipe and let me know if you like!
